Welcome to a Professionally guided Asana-based Hatha Yoga Class!
Hatha – Physical + Asana – Posture
These classes offer a variety of styles including Vinyasa, Power, and Yin Yoga. All instructors introduce a unique style based on their education and experience.

Bring your personal Meditation practice to the quiet, peaceful atmosphere of the Unity Yoga Co-op. Space will be held for individuals to explore their Meditation and Yoga practices without formal guidance, while still having access to an instructor who’ll be available to answer any questions. Drop in style – join for any amount of time
Kundalini Yoga is a comprehensive system that integrates movement, breathing, posture, mudra, and mantra. Their unique combinations, as taught in activating physical sets and deep meditations, are designed to cultivate the expansion of consciousness through the awakening and raising of the Kundalini energy up the spine.
All levels welcome, and classes will typically run over an hour
Learn the basics of Muay Thai, and develop a foundation for self-defense. This class builds combat skills and technique while offering a fun and dynamic workout.
Open to all ages and skill levels
Join us to learn and move through an assortment of Ballroom and Social Dances. Class is beginner friendly and social in nature.

Mat Pilates is a strengthening and lengthening form of exercise focusing on the Pilates “powerhouse” - the core (trunk), and the arms and legs especially at their connecting points to the trunk, the shoulders and hips.
The Unity Yoga Co-op Invites you and your little ones (ages 5-10) to an age appropriate Yoga Asana practice. Classes will include Short Flows, Posture, Balance, and Parent/Child Connection through Yoga Asana.
Parents are asked to be present for class

BodyPNCH is a non-contact boxing class which is the perfect way to get a high-energy workout while having a blast! In this class, you'll learn proper boxing technique and footwork while throwing punches and combinations on heavy bags and pads.
•This class will include intervals of shadow boxing, footwork drills, and partner drills, all set to upbeat music to keep you moving. This class is perfect for all fitness levels and no previous boxing experience is necessary.
