Private Consultation is your foot in the door at Unity. Come get introduced to our space, learn our philosophy, and meet our staff. This is also an opportunity to get fitted for a group that will suit your training needs. Our staff will learn about your objectives, provide training considerations and help you choose the group that is right for you!

Strength & Conditioning (60 min)

Strength & Conditioning Class is designed to help adults learn the fundamentals of weightlifting. Its aim is to enhance athletic ability and increase your speed, agility, strength, and sports performance. Specifically geared towards dirt bike and mountain bike riders, but this class is for anyone wishing to stay active and become a stronger athlete.

Weightlifting Classes will focus on optimizing Strength, Speed, and Endurance. This is a professional Strength and Conditioning program for recreational weightlifters to challenge themselves alongside other passionate individuals.


Classes include all the Fundamental lifts plus Olympic Weightlifting and increased intensity based on skill level.

Open Gym (90 min)

Weightlifting (90 min)

Open Gym is a designated time for Group Training Participants and other Experienced Lifters to workout on their own areas of need, ask specific questions or focus on Active Recovery.

Open Gym can also be used to Make-Up Missed Classes


Sessions are NOT Guided, Training Experience is REQUIRED

Weightlifting Classes are Recommended for Novice Trainees
