Unity Human Performance offers guided group weightlifting with professional programs and measurable results. Our facility is available for public use during open gym hours. All classes are made possible 100% by donation. Sessions are drop-in friendly after completing a private consultation. No monthly memberships are required, but personal commitment is necessary.

Weightlifting classes that focus on optimizing functional strength and power. This is a professional strength and conditioning program for recreational weightlifters to challenge themselves alongside other focused individuals.
Classes teach all the fundamental barbell lifts plus olympic weightlifting based on the participants skill level. Masters weightlifting is the same program, just slightly modified for ages 55+

Invest in your teen's strength and personal growth this summer. This program introduces youth to proper, safety-first weightlifting techniques designed for growing bodies. Alongside physical training, our curriculum emphasizes character development, focusing on teamwork, social skills, and leadership.

Open gym is a designated time for group training participants and other experienced lifters to work on their own areas of need, ask specific questions or focus on active recovery.
Open Gym can also be used to make-up missed classes.
Sessions are NOT guided
Training experience is REQUIRED
