Weightlifting Classes will focus on optimizing functional Strength and Power. This is a professional Strength and Conditioning program for recreational weightlifters to challenge themselves alongside other focused individuals.
Classes teach all the Fundamental Barbell Lifts plus Olympic Weightlifting based on the participants skill level. Masters Weightlifting is the same program, just slightly modified for ages 40+

Active Recovery is a session for Group Training Participants address their own areas of need, take extra care of their joints and promote longevity.
Sessions are guided and will include a program specifically designed to promote mobility and stability throughout our major weightlifting movement patterns
*Active Recovery can also be used to Make-Up Missed Classes
Open Gym is a designated time for Group Training Participants and other Experienced Lifters to workout on their own areas of need, ask specific questions or focus on Active Recovery.
Open Gym can also be used to Make-Up Missed Classes
Sessions are NOT Guided, Training Experience is REQUIRED
Weightlifting Classes are Recommended for Novice Trainees
