Our Strength Training Class is designed to help adults learn the fundamentals of weightlifting. We will learn proper weightlifting technique from the ground-up and implement professional programming to produce results.
Fundamental Strength techniques include: Jumps, Sprints, Squats, Deadlifts, Bench Press, Overhead Press, and Core Stability

Our Performance Training Class will focus on optimizing Strength, Speed, and Endurance. This is a professional Strength and Conditioning program for recreational weightlifters to challenge themselves alongside other passionate individuals.
Performance classes include all the Fundamental lifts plus Olympic Weightlifting and increased intensity based on skill level.

Training for Older Adults is designed to develop and regain Strength, Balance, Mobility, and General Coordination.
It will accommodate various injuries and conditions to make exercise safe and effective for older adults.
This is a designated time for Group Training Participants and other Experienced Lifters to workout on their own areas of need, ask specific questions or focus on Active Recovery.
Sessions are NOT Guided, Training Experience is REQUIRED
