Our Private Consultation is your foot in the door at Unity. Come get introduced to our space, learn our philosophy, and meet our staff. This is also an opportunity to get fitted for a group that will suit your training needs. Our staff will learn about your objectives, provide training considerations and help you choose the group that is right for you!

This Group Training session introduces the youth in our community to a healthy lifestyle. It includes teachings on Teamwork, Social Skills, Leadership and Outdoor Activities. It also allows them to become acquainted with the gym environment at a young age. If demand is high, we will open up more time slots for Teen Club.

Open Gym is a designated time for Group Training Participants to work on areas of need, ask specific questions and focus on Active Recovery.
Sessions will likely include Emphasis on Mobility, Time under Tension, and High Rep/Low Weight Exercises.
