Our Private Consultation is your foot in the door at Unity. Come get introduced to our space, learn our philosophy, and meet our staff. This is also an opportunity to get fitted for a group that will suit your training needs. Our staff will learn about your objectives, provide training considerations and help you choose the group that is right for you!

Our Group Training focusses on improving Strength, Speed, and Endurance. We teach proper weightlifting technique and implement professional programming to produce results.
-Beginner: Little to No Experience
-Intermediate: 1 - 2 Years Experience
-Advanced: 2+ Years Experience

The After School Weightlifting Club introduces the youth in our community to Safe and Effective Weightlifting Technique. It also includes teachings on Teamwork, Social Skills, and Leadership.
Ages 13 - 17

Training for Older Adults is designed to develop and regain Strength, Balance, Mobility, and General Coordination.
It will accommodate various injuries and conditions to make exercise safe and effective for older adults.
*Participants must have ability to Sit and Walk
