Our Private Training Facility and Coaches strive to help individuals Take That Leap into their Fullest Potential.

Our Private Training is focused on improving physical movement. We facilitate Professional Strength and Conditioning. Our aim is to help humans improve Strength and Eliminate limitations in their physical bodies.
These sessions are designed to help any individual reach their personal goals.
Private Training gives one access to an individualized program and coaching.
Private Training is By Appointment.
Interested in training with a Team? This Group Training Opportunity is designed for High School, College, and Adult Athletes looking to get the edge in their personal discipline. Our Advanced Level Strength Training Group is now accepting new students.
All Iron Club sessions are Donation Based and Drop-In Friendly.
(1-2 year Training Experience Recommended)
This Group Training session introduces the youth in our community to a healthy lifestyle. It includes teachings on Commitment, Fitness, Hard Work, Metal Fortitude, and Teamwork. It also allows them to become acquainted with the gym environment at a young age. If demand is high, we will open up more timeslots for Teen Club.
