Our Group Training focusses on improving Strength, Speed, and Endurance. We teach adults proper weightlifting technique from the ground-up and implement professional programming to produce results.
Strength techniques include Squats, Deadlifts, and Bench Press.
Performance classes include Jumps, Sprints, and the Olympic lifts.

This is a designated time for Group Training Participants and other Experienced Lifters to workout on their own areas of need, ask specific questions or focus on Active Recovery.
Sessions are NOT Guided, Training Experience is REQUIRED

The After School Weightlifting Club introduces the youth in our community to Safe and Effective Weightlifting Technique. It also includes teachings on Teamwork, Social Skills, and Leadership.
Ages 13 - 17

Training for Older Adults is designed to develop and regain Strength, Balance, Mobility, and General Coordination.
It will accommodate various injuries and conditions to make exercise safe and effective for older adults.
*Participants must have ability to Sit and Walk
